I — The role
What you transmit.
CENIT is looking for an independent trainer for its flagship augmented development programme. You are a tech lead or senior engineer who ships production code daily with 2026 AI tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, agents. You train Moroccan developers to become 4× more productive without compromising on quality, and to build their own agents during the programme.
II — Missions
Your day-to-day missions.
- Lead the Augmented Development programme (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, agent design).
- Have each learner ship a working personal agent during the programme.
- Transmit best practices for quality, testing, review and maintainability of AI-assisted code.
- Supervise guided refactors on real codebases.
- Update content at the relentless pace of the dev AI ecosystem.
III — Profile
The profile we are looking for.
- Active tech lead, architect or senior engineer (10+ years).
- Daily use of Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot, code shipped to production.
- Able to explain architecture without caricaturing it.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring.
- Fluent French or English.
