  • Use-case selection: impact × feasibility matrix
  • Build vs Buy vs Partner: arbitrate without missteps
  • Data sovereignty, Moroccan GDPR (Law 09-08) and the AI Act

  • AI governance: committee, charter, sponsor, KPIs
  • Leading change: teams, unions, communication
  • Building the 90-day / 12-month roadmap (individual deliverable)
